- Nice bar and lobby area. Good fast check in and out. Good breakfast.
- Overall great service, but a couple of off hand encounters esp around breakfast. Not enough to taint overall experience though.
- A bit of a walk back from the viaduct / CBD / theatres / stadium etc. Not the closest but still able to enjoy city on foot without using car or cabs

- the pool & spa complex
- no a/c then when fixed very noisy , to sum it up very poor two nights sleep. Will not stay again unless upgrade to newer block
- nice location if prepared for the walk up the hill
