- No smoking means the neighbours assemble out side you door and smoke.

- The room wasn’t vacuumed. When I asked the manager, she says it’s clean and can’t clean it further. Unbelievable!
- Before booking, call and check with wotif.com and motel as well. As the availability differs and Manager can be rude/unhappy if you book through wotif
I am sorry you feel unhappy about your stay - the room was already clean, didn't smell and definitely not grubby as they are checked before check in time. With regards to availability, we offer exactly the same as on Wotif and the particular room you wanted at the time was not available. You were offered at the time of phoning two other rooms but you wanted to bring your own bed which is not acceptable and at no time was I rude to you. Your rating is very unfair and not warranted.

- It was close to our destination
- No breakfast
Hi Wendy, breakfast is normaly available but as I had just broken my wrist 2 days before, it proved a bit hard to carry trays without things toppling over and I could not get someone to do the breakfast on that morning. i am sorry if that ruined your time here, and hopefully if you are coming back sometime all will be good
