- Granting our request for an apartment with sea view - outstanding. Giving us early check in so we could settle in before spa treatment & late Ch.out
- First class treatment by all stall at both hotel and spa, but spa let down by shabby, peeling paint & slightly grubby pools + unvacuumed carpets
- Location at the heart of cafe society/bars/clubs and live music venues + so close to beach, shopping centres & casino etc, can't be beaten

- indoor pool
- needs to be updated still has 80s or early 90s decor my window was rusted and couldnt be closed and bath tub was cracked and shower head no good.
- close to casino restaurants for that area and convention centre. If they spent some money up dating it i would return for sure.

- wotif did not give them our requests that we asked for thoroughly disappointed with room
- next time will ring the resort to check what hasnt been done!!!!
