- The central location, right in the middle of Ubud and the well maintained and pleasent gardens & grounds
- Stuck in a unit so far back that we needed to constantly organize a ride an electric buggy to get to the front office and main street area
- Included breakfast was very poor, not up to standard. Rear units are islolated and it is very long, hilly, difficult walk back out to the Main street

- Beautifully landscaped gardens, Balinese styled room with great views
- Avoid room next to river. Pretty but very smelly? Very bad wifi if room not near reception
- Avoid the restaurant next to the pool at the private villa end. Very bland food.
