- sold as a resort hotel - the accommodation is in a separate building so it is in fact a property management arrangement with no meal room service
- because reception is in the first of two towers, you are constantly walking between the two if you need anything. Dirty windows detracted from view
Hi Michael, Like most hotels on the Gold Coast we are located in a strata apartment building and manage our operations within. Hotels similar to this structure are Hilton, Sea Temple and Q1. Being a five star property we provide daily servicing and 24 hour reception and concierge services. Having staff on 24 hours means that even if you stay in Tower One there is no reason to have to go between towers - we will come to you for whatever you need. Thank you for your review.
