- Great location, excellent rooftop pool and bar, comfortable rooms and most important good aircon
- The only downside was a organised tour which ended up being a bit of a have but the hotel partly refunded our money when we complained
- Handy to everything, great restaurants nearby, walking distance to skytrain and great new mall 'Terminal 21'

- proof why you shouldn't book smaller room in a prestige hotel for 3 times the price!

- A, the guy at the front door, very helpful
- i found a dirty pair of socks on the chair & bad view
- very friendly staff, so i didn't worry about the dirty pair of socks, everyone does mistakes.
