We are right next to two of Northland?s most famous heritage sites (Hongi, the famous Maori Chief?s Pa site and the Stone Store Basin with two of the oldest settlers buildings situated on a lovely river basin). Kerikeri town (considered the central hub in the Bay of Islands) is 5 minutes away and has the best range of cafes, wine and art trails in Northland. Only 20 minutes north are the most pristine beaches & wreck diving and 15 minutes south are all the main boating attractions of Paihia - swim with the dolphins, sailing, yacht charters and island tours. To the west are hot pools and scenic drives.
Pagoda Lodge can offer forest and river walks, a tranquil swimming river, kayaks for hire and boat charters by arrangement.
