- the position
- very shoddily built,and not completed,wires coming out of wallsnot connected,gaping holes around connected lights,nothing properly finished
- the balcony railing not properly attached onthe n/east corner,very dangerous...the best thing was the outdoor setting,right on the beach.

- Location, beaches, fishing, a clean and tidy unit with basic needs. Parking at the front and easy walk to shops
- the BBQ at units were not able to be used as the BBQ was filthy and not well maintained. We had to walk down to the beach and use the public BBQ's
- I would still recommend a stay here and would probably go back
