- Location location location...the bargain rate was a highlight!
- Shared foyer with adjacent studio/unit - bit noisy with traffic in and out of both doors slamming quite loudly.
- Amazing deal - at far end of Palmer St - great views from higher floors - sensational facilities - fully equipped studio!

- cold shower; noisy with big doors to service two rooms; glass window between shower and bedroom made it bright at night; fire alarm kept lighting up
- I would't stay here again. It looked nice on the surface but it just wasn't practical.
