- Immaculate service
- Have to pay for internet, a little bit tight considering the price per night. Even the budget hotels now do free wifi.

- At the airport, good shuttle bus
- Interminable regstration, despite ony 4 parties checking in took longer than to disembark the aircraft, clear immigration and customs and get to hotel
- Very expensive compared to better hotels in Bangkok only reaon to stay there is a short transit
