- Pretty good value for money
- A bit on the noisy side but did quieten down pretty quick
- Staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome

- Easy access - close to airport, free airport pick up, can organise airport shuttle, free buses to city
- air con didn't work!!

- Friendly staff, fun atmosphere
- Loud speakers in bedroom, planes flying overhead, no air-con control - had to go up/down stairs to ask them to turn it on/off in my room, no phone
- I was annoyed to have to pay $10 for airport transport when site says 'free shuttle bus', doesn't say anything about having to pay for airport dropoff
