- Proximity to the airport. Reliable Hotel taxi available for 200 baht for early flights
- Air conditioner turns off when you leave the room. So you return to an extremely hot room which takes half an hour to cool down to normal temperature
- Close proximity to Na Yang beach approx 100 m. Hotel is spread out over a sizeable area.

- Close to airport, beach good, 4 swimming pool areas at motel, away from busy Patong/Phuket town
- Some water problems in motel - discoloured at times; Not much to offer outside hotel boundaries other than paragliding/diving
- Small struggling but friendly community with old and run down street life outside motel
