  • Had stay 3 times previously
  • Booked 2 rooms in April, 2 days before arrival in Sept told booking was cancelled and we were relocated to a poor quality hotel with no facilities.
  • After complaining, given a dinner voucher to their overpriced restaurant that ended up costing extra.. Be wary, wouldn't trust them with a booking

  • Being able to fine dine with friends for my 40th in the Hotel Restaurant, walk along the harbour on a lovely night and then go back to our Hotel room
  • The party across the hallway. We had to call reception at 1.30am to get their assistance due to the noise.
  • The ground floor toilets are amazing!!
