Broome is famous for its beautiful beaches of white sands and blue waters. Situated on a peninsula you are surrounded by water, almost to the extent you could think you?re on an island! Broome is considered a laid back town and most people slip easily into the slower pace of this Kimberley township. Broome can be split into two distinct areas ? ?town? is known as Chinatown and is located on the Roebuck Bay side of the Peninsula. Moonlight Bay Suites offers the only self-contained accommodation right at the water?s edge, overlooking the bay. On the other side of the peninsula is Cable Beach, about 7kms away.
