- Was a great stop with ease of getting to the airport in the shuttle in no time.
- The motorway is just next door, although I slept through the noise
- Room service was fast and top quality

- Close to airport
- Seems to focus on events, conferences etc and rooms are secondary. The person on reception was not at all helpful however the concierge was very good.
- I would not recommend. There are less expensive nicer places close to Don Mueng Airport

- The location was poor - not being connected to the MRT or the BTS. The Hotel did run a free shuttle to Central Lad Prao but was inflexible re timing
- Rooms dated and needed makeover but still good value for money.

- I would have liked to have had an iron in the room
