  • Customer service was excellent. Room was spotlessly clean and reasonably appointed.
  • Beds FAR too soft - back crippled after 3 nights. Shower head kept collapsing. No cutlery or plates in room. Walls very thin.
  • Claims to offer Foxtel/Austar but only has about 8 sports channels. Outer door slams CONSTANTLY, for God's sake put on a soft-closer arm things!
