Relax on Wong Amat Beach in Naklua, only 10 minutes by complimentary shuttle service from the hotel. There are many beaches but “Pong Beach’ is one of the nicest in and around Pattaya operated by Mr. Pong for the past 22 years. Mr. Pong is “always” there and even speaks a little German, English and of course Thai. He will treat you, the guest of Mantra Pura as a VIP! There is also a nice selection of European (German) and Thai food dishes and drinks.
Golf
Pattaya and the Eastern Seabord have 18 golf courses, all very close for a full- or half-day round of golf. You will find courses designed by some of the most famous names like Jack Nicklaus, Nick Faldo, Pete Dye, Trent Jones Jr. Thomson and Wolveridge. These international standard golf courses with 18 and 27 holes are relatively cheap in comparison with other international standard golf courses in Thailand. Pattaya is arguably the best place for golf in the world today.

- Nothing good at all. Rude front staff we got screamed at. No one understands English
- This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. There was excreatment all over the walls. We have sent you info requesting a refund.
- Worst Place -Horrible. Rude staff. Stunk of damp & mildew. Miles away from town. No English speaking person, manager away. Horrible place.
