Head west for a one hour drive that will take you to Wallaman Falls and view its sheer drop of water over 300m.The longest drop in the southern hemisphere. It's just 20 minutes to your choice of beaches and fishing locations, the Lucinda Jetty that disappears out to sea over 5.5km. Hinchinbrook Island national parks, Broadwater State Forest, Hinchinbrook Heritage walk and for the more adventurous there is one of the world's most renowned wilderness walks, the Thorsborne Trail. • Cheap, but then in turn you get what you pay for
  • The room I stayed in the shower flooded the floor and there was no drain so I had to soak it up with a towel and constantly drain the towel out.
  • Air con didnt work so the temp couldnt be changed, wasnt much of an issue seeing it was nice weather but in summer that would have been a problem.

Joel, You were here for 2 days and 2 nights yet you didn't inform the hotel manager, admin manager, or duty manager? you ate in the restaurant and told the staff that the food was fantastic, thank you, you told them you were enjoying your stay and never mentioned a single concern. We would've certainly changed your room, and provided you with an upgrade had we known. Our plumbers & air-conditioning contractors carried out a full inspection, everything perfect. We just don't understand, sorry.

Matthew, thank you for your valued feedback. And good news about the breakfast, we can now supply a continental breakfast to your room if required the night before, this way the early risers and early starters can have breakfast in their room at their leisure before they leave. Once again thank you for your feedback
