- Reception / greeting wonderful
- Clostrophobic rooms! No overhead lights, only lamps - very dark! Very thin walls, could actually hear someone going to the toilet! Ooh!!!
- Very close to where we were attending a function so perfect for that.

- Outrageously comfortable bed and heavenly linen
- Expensive valet parking, shower over bath and no steam extraction... Not very 5 star!
- The French Cafe is very conveniently nearby
