Lake St Clair Lodge is located on Australia's deepest lake inside the Tasmanian World Heritage Area.
As the only accommodation offering approved to operate within the Cradle Mountain - Lake St Clair National Park we are proud to offer an authentic wilderness experience via a range of accommodation types to suit the needs of our guests. We have loft style cottages, spa cabins and studio cabins, all with a king bed and fireplace.
In addition to the varying accommodation types we also have a cafe / restaurant and bar.

There are plenty of things to do on and around the lake; you can try trout fishing in Australia's deepest fresh water lake, enjoy any of the numerous superb walking and hiking tracks, leading you through the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Listed National Park. These tracks can offer you anything from rainforest walking tracks to mountain climbing adventures.
There is also a daily ferry service which runs up and down the lake - either transporting walkers, or taking you on a relaxing sightseeing trip.
