- Wotif has allowed them to rank as 4 star. It is 2 star at best (in a port town like Hamburg!)

- no amenities,eg no coat angers, launbry bag, had to ask and could only provide 1 coat hanger. nternet was not working for 4 days and they didn't care
- Expensive for what weas offerred - look for alternative accommodation

- rude uncaring staff . When I asked abot the noiy bathroom fan they said they would fix it in the morning. Made me feel bad because no toliet paper
- OK value if you get the cheap rate . I don't know why you would pay even half the normal rate.
