- The staff - unbelievably nice. My frantic emails prior to going were ALL answered immediately. My room was everything I had asked for!
- The Spa was too expensive. I didn't try it so maybe it was worth it but there were a lot cheaper spa treatments to be found in Ubud.
- It is the first time I have booked something on the internet without having seen it for myself and it turned out to be as lovely as I had hoped.
