- The room was lovely and the staff were very attentive, as expected in a 5 star hotel.
- Major renovations taking place. The hotel is very large, so quite a walk to get back to reception and then to the carpark.
- The milk in the room was 3 months out of date - and took much longer than expected for it to be replaced.
