- The amazing attention to detail an absolutely outstanding place to stay I would recommend this place to anyone
- A little far from town but they offer transport into town each night
- The owner created an amazing experience with unbelievable home cooked breakfasts and wine in the evenings

- Spacious, well appointed, beautiful garden, very comfortable
- Had to drive to get to Lake Taupo
- Afternoon tea and cake and evening drink were unexpected pleasures
Thank you for your review. Kauri Point is about 7 kms from the Lake front in Taupo. All our advertising and directions indicate this. Please read our information before booking your accommodation. The majority of our guest stay with us because we are away from the noise and traffik of the CBD and lake front and for the peaceful rural environment, yet still within only 7 minutes of town.
