- got 2 nights on special and close to the rugby venue
- basic and not as portrayed, missing toaster, broken oven and air con, rude phone service and didn't turn up to fix problems.
- I was really disappointed with 2nts accom for my partner's bday, and was not to par, bust air con/oven/missing toaster: 2 hrs for help that never came

- didn't have towels, blankets or pillows for the kids. We had booked for 4 people. Annoying that I had to chase it up. Still didn't get pillows
