- location, only 50m from international arrival gate
- alcohol price's, 80,000 rupiah is a bit rich for Indonesia
- Good food and friendly staff, the place to stay if your transitting through Jakarta.

- Right at airport so no need for taxi or other transport.
- You have to buy a visa [US$25 each] and actually exit the airport, go through immigration etc. This makes it quite expensive for a stopover.
- I expected the hotel to be inside the airport like the transit hotels in Singapore, Incheon and Bangkok.
