- good family setup the complementary breakfast was a great bonus
- heating in bedroom and dining area were not working even after reporting did not get fixed housekeeping frequently forgot items
- stairs to upper floor gave little space to stand when opening door a little dangerous for children or elderley

- room wasn't very clean even had a pair of dirty men's underwear beside the bed. was very disappointed with that.
Hi Stacey I am shocked and very disappointed by this remark. I have checked your booking details but I can not find them and I am surprised you did not bring this serious matter to our attention as I certainly would not have stayed in the room. If you could please email me and let me know what room it was I will certainly be looking into the housemaid that presented this dreadful mistake Our deepest apologies Dana
