- The fridge in my first room didn't work
- There were no TV remotes

- The toilet was not cleaned properly.
- All of these issues I brought up with staff. Frozen milk in my fridge, incorrect sign in sheet, incorrect info at counter, poor counter staff.

- Comfy bed, good size kitchen area
- the bathroom, very small and hard to use mirror etc, alot of road and outisde noise

- Small rooms but they had everything I needed. Great value for the price
- Ask for higher floor as street can be noisy (but location is very central off Queen's Street)
- Would return. Good value for the money and friendly staff.
