  • I was locked out of my room for an hour due to failure of door lock. Nightclub open on Wednesday night was so loud it sounded like they were in room.
  • Nightclub was so loud I could not sleep until 5am. Soundproofing poor, can hear the lift and people walking down hallways.

  • room was right next to a very loud nightclub, no double glazing, and large crowds outside until the early hours of the morning, totally unacceptable!
