  • The location Hotel Grand Chancellor in Launceston was terrific in the heart of the city and close proximity to everthing one needs .
  • The restaurant was most disappointing. Service was average and the steak I had was one of the worst ever. Breakfast buffet only just up to scratch.
  • Service at front desk was pleasant.
