  • Location, cleanliness. Room (Superior, refurbished) wasn't huge but was functional and tidy.
  • Air con was woeful - room was so hot we couldn't sleep from about 0230 onwards.
  • Unfortunately my booking was stuffed up and we were put in basic room, not thrilled to have to return to checkin, but these things happen I suppose.
