- Walk to Knox City shopping centre with plenty of eateries and all the shops one could need
- Traffic noise in my room - not all rooms face on to the road though.
- Would stay there again

- Was close to where I needed to be
- Needs up grading, little bit tied. Guest using disabled car space without sticker, ( I have one ).
- Staff were friendly.

- Entrance metres from busy intersection, difficult to depart from
- Booking went smoothly and straight forward.
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Being an older property has some advantages, one being the size of our rooms. Unfortunately the drawback is that when the Hotel was built the intersection you refer to wasn’t as busy as it is today. It’s unfortunate that you had to wait for other cars before being able to safely enter the road. We hope to see you again soon.

- Nice tidy little room with cooling and heating options. Very clean bathroom
- I was on the first floor and could hear everything going on in the hall way not far from reception. Not pleasant for a light sleeper
- Parking available at the hotel and extremely close to shopping complex.
