Homestead Bed and Breakfast is a Fully Accredited Guest house that has three luxury rooms, two queen rooms and one king single twin. One queen has an ensuite and the second queen and twin share a large bathroom, these rooms can be used as a family room. We have a cot and highchair for the small children, well behaved children are welcome. Each room has reverse-cycle air conditioning, TV with Foxtel, tea & coffee making, two comfy chairs and a desk chair, a large walkin wardrobe and a desk to work on.

Rockingham is the start point for the Swim with the dolphins tour (Billy Connelly did this on his world tour of Australia).or you can
Dolphin watch if you dont fancy snorkelling.
Go across to Penguin and Seal islands,on the ferry or go on a tour of the islands. Dolphins and Seals are often in the bay, waiting for the boats so they can surf the wake of the boats.Plenty of Dolphins around the islands.
Windsurfing or kite surfing at Safety Bay.
Fishing from the beaches includes crabbing.
Naragebup enviromental walks around Lake Richmond.
Maraparna wildlife park/ zoo, my favorite place, with kangaroos, emus, alpacas, dingos, birds and over a dozen koalas, to stroke or handle, even a couple of crocodiles...
We have 14 very nice wineries in the local area, and the wines are as good as the Margaret River wines, we've tried a few.
Some of the Best Award winning Beaches in the Metro area, safe for everyone.
5 star Restaurants along Rockingham beach foreshore, spot the Dolphins whilst dining .
20 minutes to Mandurah. Markets during the summer months along the Mandurah foreshore.
30 minutes to Fremantle, the Fremantle markets are open Friday to Sundays & public holidays.
Ferries to Rottness Island go from Fremantle.
40 minute drive to the Hills and Serpentine dam.
It is only 35 minutes to Perth on the new Train, no parking problems and the train station is right in the heart of Perth shopping centre, no long walks,with bags of shopping..
Myers, David Jones and plenty of Souvenir shops in the mall.Get off at the Esplanade to visit the Bell tower, Perth Mint, the trams/ hop on bus around Perth,to Kings park and also to Burswood casino or for the ferries across to South Perth Zoo. The train from Perth also goes to Mandurah, Fremantle, Joondallup and Armadale, so North, south, East and West of Perth. Free for seniors after 9am.
