You are allowed to rest, but there's also a wide choice of activities from mild walks to thrilling sky diving. Most activities are half day, with some full day options for glacier hikes and ice climbing. The activities are available year round and include horse trekking, quad bikes, kayaking, bird watching, night time kiwi tours or the new all-weather kiwi viewing, day time bird watching, scenic flights, glacier heli hikes, glacier hikes. Relax in the Glacier Hot Pools (surrounded by the rainforest) and you could also pamper yourself with a massage.
