- The early check in - 9am - was very helpful with a 12 hour lay over
- Helpful staff who gave us a lunch voucher without hesitation when we had to wait for our room till 9.20 and they were very apologetic

- Close to the airport
- The concierge tried to advise us of how to get to Disneyland - and lied about the cost of tranpsort. Not happy.
- They took out $100 as a security deposit - fine. But then to take another $150 and it took two weeks to refund after phone calls. Pathetic

- Rude staff. Had us booked in for the wrong day and kept us waiting while they checked this despite our having Wotif confirmation with us.
