We are situated on Highway 5 on the northern side of Rotorua right next door to Rotorua's famous Skyline Gondolas. Only 5 minutes from the city centre, we enjoy 'sulphur free' fresh air unlike much of Rotorua's accomodation which is situated in the sulphur odour areas.

Rotorua is full of things to see and do. It is in the middle of an area still offering unique volcanic activity with boiling mud pools and geysers. Steam rising from out of the ground is common and is like no other place in New Zealand. A short flight to White Island and Mt Tarawera is available to emphasise the thermal geographic nature of Rotorua and its district. The Skyline gondolas take you up Mt Ngongotaha for a snack, or a full restaurant meal and has stunning views of our city and Lake Rotorua with Mokoia Island prominent in the middle. Night views are stunning also.
