Thank you for the Reviw. Our office closes between 12-1pm on Saturdays. We have a after hours service which gets you access to your apartment. The management team here at Enderley Gardens wishes we could welcome every single guest personally to the resort, however the desk cannot be manned 24/7. The after hours service is fast and easy to use.

- The unit could do with a freshen up but for the price was not that bad
- Great access to a patrolled beach just south of Surfers
Thank you for your review. We are trying to update the rooms when and where we can. All of the apartments are individually owned so some owners are more willing than others to update. Other than that 'we are glad you have enjoyed your stay, and hope to see you again soon.

- Great location
- Charged us a $75 fee for not removing 20 empty beer bottles and leaving a dirty cup in the sink !
- Make sure you leave the room spotless, leaving even minimal rubbish and dirty dishes means your credit card will be charged.
You had left more than a couple of bottles. Photos were supplied We use contract housekeepers that charge us a flat rate for a standard room clean. If there is any addition cleaning, dirty dishes or removal of any rubbish we are charged additional fees. It is clearly stated on the Guest Registration Card that you signed that all rubbish mush be removed from the apartment on departure and all dishes must be washed, dried and put away. This wasn’t done so we have had to pass on the fees to you

- The new paint job, looks so much cleaner and presentable then it was when we stayed last year.
- The balcony was littered with cigerette butts upon our arrival, and there were still dishes in the sink - Gross!
- Affordable, family friendly, central - You get what you pay for.
