- The room had all of the facilities that we needed and the bathroom was really neat and tidy. There was no noise from the street and a pretty view.
- No elevator and we were on one of the top floors, about 4/5 flight or stairs, you would need to be fit to lift a heavy suitcase up the stair case.
- Lots of restaurants close by, and Hyde Park which was one of my London highlights. All of the supplied amenities were really good.

- The location is the best thing about this accommodation. Close to the metro and a good walk into town.
- Everything else! Rooms are TINY, bed sheets had hair all through them, wifi is 10 pound per day and didn't work!
- Do no stay here! For 10 pound more you can get nice hotel accommodation with free wifi! Dirty, mouldy roof, substandard! Only place I have left early!

- Very clean, comfortable, and cheap. Very close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station and staff were friendly and professional - Perfect!!
- wireless internet access almost nil in the room I stayed in(room 51) but there was plug-in available which was great, but wall socket is poorly placed
- I stayed in Room 51 on the top floor. A bit of a climb up a narrow staircase, but a nice recently decorated room waiting at the top. I'll stay again
