- Bus load of 40 arrived - dining room closed - had to beg for a meal
- Upgraded to "Executive" - only equivalent to normal motel room
Mr Pascoe, it is not correct to say dining room was closed, it was most certainly open. However when a large group has already booked dinner at a set time, before you, it is reasonable to expect booking restrictions at that time.
