- The rooms are new & clean with the extra items like irons & ironing boards that you would normally pay extra for. Good location, near restaurants.
- Can't think of anything negative to say about the hotel.
- Very good hotel for the prices you receive with an advance booking. I always check room availability at this hotel.

- Location to exit on express way from airport. Meter taxi only cost 300baht. Skytrain stop NANA is at end of Soi 11.
- Too many taxi drivers hanging in Soi 11, but they seem to not pester you once you say "no thanks"
- I have stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions now & it's truly in a great area. Some really great nite life and restaurants.
