Chevron Palms is a modern Mediterranean style, low rise building and is ideally situated in Surfers Paradise, just minutes away from the Beach & shops. The apartments are all fully self contained one bedroom apartments with ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room. All apartments are non-smoking. They contain a fully equiped kitchen with microwave oven, washing machine and dryer. Air conditioned rooms available - $10 per night surcharge. We are self assessed at Four Crowns. Please note Credit Card details are required on check-in accompanied with photo ID.

- Location
- Small, cold salted pool. 10 am checkout. Not flexible at all
- I asked to print some tickets but told to go find an Internet cafe. Also, lady started ringing 5 min after 10am checkout.
Sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay and in answer to your report: Naturally we do not have an olympic size pool however it is heated to 30 degrees all year round and is very reasonable sized. We endeavour to assist all our guests however getting access to someones else's computer to print out tickets is not always an option. As for phoning your apartment, this is only done if reception has information to pass onto you.

- Free undercover parking
- Taps leaking unless turned off really hard. Ceilings fans only and low setting did not work in bedroom.

We apologise if the taps were hard to turn off in bathroom - it is unfortunate that you did not let reception know so that the problem could have been rectified. Some of the fans only have 2 settings - others have 3 settings - sounds like your fan was a 2 setting. We are always happy to assist and have maintenance issues addressed punctually - just helps to know about it. Great to hear you found the location and parking helpful.

- We loved the short distance to walk to Cavil Avenue, the view of the lights from our room and it was wonderfully quiet.
