- Room and closeness to MRT
- Not much english spoken by staff in restaurant so communication a small problem. Good communication at reception.

- Good breakfast spread, good room size and adequate amenities
- Receptionist, bell and particularly coffee house staff not attentive and do not smile!
- It's sad to see the service standard of my favourite hotel in Bangkok getting from good to bad to worse....

- Spacious, clean rooms with good air conditioning
- Great pool but only 7 couches and I was somewhat surprised for a superior room no tea or coffee
- Breakfast is great value
