Broadwater Bed and Breakfast has two bedrooms each with their own bathroom, TV/DVD and ceiling fans in the rooms. Guests have use of a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities. The guest lounge/dining room has TV/DVD/Foxtel and free WiFi is available. We serve a hearty cooked breakfast, plus cereal, juice, toast etc in the dining room. Guests can relax in our colourful garden or take a short stroll to the beach. We offer secure off road parking.

Busselton is the gateway to the Margaret River wine region on the shores of beautiful Geographe Bay. Visitors can enjoy the beautiful beaches swimming, sailing, surfing, boating, fishing. The area has two famous lighthouses and several caves to visit. There are many golf courses, a cycle path which stretches for Kilometres along the foreshore. The famous Busselton Jetty and Train host the spectacular Under Water Observatory. Whale watching from July to November is very popular, as are the wildflowers in springtime.
