- The location - everything is on your doorstep and stunning views of Patong beach!
- Hard bed and not much variety in the breakfast buffet.
- The location and view is really what you are paying for.

- Just tucked away nicely but only a 50m walk and your in the thick of things.
- The bed mattress was extremely hard and quite uncomfortable.
- A little weathered but it was a nice friendly place.

- The staff, the resturant staff were friendly and shared some great stories and their culture.
- Should not ask for deposit for booking. I lost my deposit for the final 2 nights as i extended my visit in Koh Samui, i paid 2200 Bart deposit
- The hotel is in a nice location. It is easy to find.
