Black Gold Country Cabins & Motel has been operating since 1995 when the old school was transformed into a very spacious accommodation facility. Black Gold boasts two 4 bedroom cabins, three 3 bedroom cabins and seventeen motel units. Cabins have full kitchen and bathroom facilities with washing machine. The very stylish motel units all have a small kitchenette with microwave and fridge. There are also two BBQ facilities available. Black Gold Country Cabins & Motel is a three and half star establishment.

- Location - right next to railway and power station
Hi Paul, In response to your review, we are unable to change our location, sometimes the trains can be noisy but it is not a constant thing like in the city. We are disappointed you felt our three bedroom cabin for four people was overpriced, it is disappointing to us to receive such a low review in comparison to the others.

Hi Anna, Thank you for your review on our Motel Unit, yes we realise the lighting is dim in the bathroom - these were the power saving bulbs that we now will be replacing with a brighter light. We appreciate your comments.
