Best Western Cliff Head Hotel overlooks beautiful sandy beaches on which guests can spend the day sunbathing, splashing around in the sea or exploring the coves dotted along the coastline. The location of the hotel also provides easy travelling access to many attractions such as the quaint coastal villages and ports of Looe, Polperro and Mevagissey. There is a golf course almost adjacent to the hotel with 2 more situated close by as well as watersports, horse riding, boat trips and fishing. Just 3miles away is the stunning Eden project, the worlds largest greenhouse with its vast array of plants providing beautiful colours year round. Just 9miles away are the Lost Gardens of Heligan, a garden of beauty set in 200 acres which were created and maintained by the Tremayne family for generations and was featured as a 'live' wildlife location by the BBC. The town of Charlestown with its Shipwreck Centre museum is only 2km away and the city of Truro with its cobbled streets, historic cathedral and delightful little craft shops and flea markets is only half an hours drive away. The National Maritime museum is 30km away in the town of Falmouth where guests can learn all about the maritime history of Cornwall or view the Sealife from the 'Underwater Tidal Zone'.
