- Spacious rooms easily accessible to on-site restaurant
- No specific car spaces and not all undercover
- Easy access to GASP (Glenorchy Art and Sculpture Park) that has excellent,safe walks along Derwent River

- King size bed, and breakfast was included.
- Restaurant evening meal very average. Both of our meals looked like they had been sitting around for awhile and re heated.
- Generally speaking we were happy with our one night stay. We would stay again but not dine in the restaurant.
