Suited for an adult escape retreat, our 2 level Wedge style accommodation features two bedrooms on the upper floor with a queen or double bed in each room, a full kitchen with Miele appliances, bathroom and laundry. Perfect for entertaining on the large front deck providing the best views and furniture and sun lounges to relax. A private rear garden courtyard with gas barbeque and garden furniture provides a second quiet retreat.

Golf -Just two minutes from Mandurah Country Club or seven minutes to Meadow Springs Golf Club.
The Beach immediately infront is a beautiful white sandy beach and clear blue water. Excellent conditions for swimming, snorkelling, surfing, fishing, or sunbathing.
Cycling - Two cycles are available for you to use on request. Mandurah has an incredible range of cycle tracks along both the North and South coast, around the canals and right around the wetlands and entertainment area of the Mandurah Marina.
Crabbing - Mandurah is famous for it's Blue Manna Crabs. We can provide you with nets to drop off the bridge, or alternatively you can hire a boat or pontoon.
Fishing- from the beach or jetty fishing will supply small to medium fish. Big-game fishing boats offer fishing tours from Mandurah.
Entertainment - Mandurah has live theatre, touring shows and cinemas at the waterfront. An array of restaurants and cafes surround the waterfront and the Mandurah Marina.
Lawn Bowls - Mandurah has several active bowling greens and clubs.
Local Markets - Mandurah has a weekly market on the foreshore throughout summer.
