The Resort has 22 apartments comprising 9 One-Bedroom units, 7 Studios, 5 Hotel Rooms and 1 Two Bbedroom Penthouse Suite with private rooftop patio with Pagoda and Jacuzzi. Each Apartment has a large veranda or balcony with spectacular views across the Bay of Candi Dasa All are furnished to a luxury standard and provided with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The one-bedroom apartments sleep four adults with a bed settee in the living room. The studios accommodate 2 adults and a small child on a bed settee.

- staff took me to the other hotel on request on a motorbike (I wasn't insured to go on a shuttle bus and after 8pm by motorbike but had to go this way)
- Bali shangrila was booked out and I was taken to a different hotel. I was travelling alone to meet friends - all my friends were at the Bali Shangrila
