The Australian Homestead Motor Lodge is leased and operated by new management Karen & Will Foster. Our aim is to give all guests of the Motel an enjoyable and friendly place to come and stay with our motto being "strangers on arrival,friends on departure" which will be achieved by the country hospitality provided by each staff member. The motel is a AAA rated 3.5 star motel with 28 units on ground floor level. All units have reverse cycle air conditioning, bar fridge, toaster, irons & ironing boards, tea & coffee making facilities, colour tv remote control,hair dryer.

- dirty shower found lots of hair in the shower recess and really hard to control the hot water in the shower also has a toaster no plates or cutlery
- they have a restaurant but not open not much in town to chose from if u want to eat

- very noisy heater/airconditioning unit, could not leave it running and sleep
- did not advise restaurant is shut on Sunday night, provided very little information on alternative eating places, had to drive back into town
