- Would not give remote so we could use XBox
Hi Luke, Your visit occurred whilst we were on holiday and we had relief managers. They are not aware of the system for the old remotes so people can use XBox. Thank you for this review as we had thought we had covered everything with them but had missed this one and we will ensure that the next time the relief managers are here they will know how this system works.
