Thank you, Nick for drawing our attention to the quality of the bed. We have investigated this issue, and are taking steps to replace it. We also agree with you about the location of Aruba Beach Resort - so close to the Convention Centre as well as cafes and restaurants.

- The carpet were filthy
Gail and I were very concerned to receive our first negative comment regarding the state of cleanliness. We checked the state of the carpet and have to concede that there were two marks. We apologise for this and have immediately organised a carpet cleaner to deal with it. We dispute the overall state of the studio as being “grubby” as we have two excellent cleaners who take a pride in their work and we have received positive feedback about the standard of their cleaning from other guests .

Gail and I are pleased Robyn was impressed with the service we provide. Not all units face Surf Parade, but they all have balconies.
